Siblings aged 3 and 11 injured in Chapainawabganj crude bomb blast
Siblings aged 11 and 3 were injured in a crude bomb explosion in Ganka area of Chapainawabganj town yesterday evening.
The injured girls are Mohoromi Akhter Maya (11) and Mariya (3), daughters of Ashraful Haque Babu of Ganka, said Mozaffar Hossain, officer-in-charge of Sadar Model Police Station.
OC Mozaffar said Maya and Maria suffered injuries after the abandoned crude bomb went off while they were playing beside Joynuddin Market in Ganka around 5:30pm.
Both the injured children were rushed to Sadar Hospital. from where Maya was sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for further treatment, our Chapainawabganj correspondent reports quoting the OC.
