Murder accused held

A man, accused in a schoolboy killing case, was arrested from his relative's house at Nawdabas village in Hatibandha upazila of the district early yesterday. The arrestee is Nannu Miah, 42, son of Saheduzzaman of Mithapukur upazila in Rangpur district, and uncle of victim Ibrahim Miah, 15, son of Delwar Hossain of Amjhol Baradanga village in Hatibandha upazila of Lalmonirhat. On Sunday, Nannu strangled the boy over a property related issue, said police.
