Manusher Jonno Foundation condoles the demise of eminent personalities

Manusher Jonno Foundation today expressed deep condolence over the deaths of several eminent personalities in the past couple of weeks.

In a statement, the organisation recalled the nation-building contributions of the personalities in different sectors.

It condoled the deaths of National Professor Jamilur Reza Choudhury, who passed away on April 28, National Professor Anisuzzaman who breathed his last on May 14, music composer Ustad Azad Rahman who died on Saturday and former lawmaker and Bangladesh Jatiya Mahila Sangstha Chairperson Momtaz Begum, who passed away today.

MJF said with their demise, the country has lost some of their best sons and daughters, creating an irreparable void.

The organisation prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and conveyed sympathy to members of their bereaved families.
