Kid drowns in well

A 15-month-old boy drowned in a well at Baulia village in Sadar upazila of Jessore district yesterday morning. The deceased was identified as Siam, son of Shahidul Islam of the village. Family members said Siam fell into the well around 7:30 am when he was playing with his friends beside it. Later, he was rescued and succumbed to his injures on way to a hospital.
