Female worker raped

A female worker of Akij Jute Mills was gangraped at Nehalpur in Monirampur upazila of Jessore on Thursday night while she was returning home along with a co-worker. The incident occurred when the 16-year-old girl of Fedaipur village was returning home along with a colleague around 11:00pm on Thursday after watching a movie in a local cinema hall. The victim filed a case with Monirampur Police Station on Saturday against five people accusing them of raping her, said Officer-in-Charge (investigation) Lutfur Kabir.
