Clinic owner fined

A mobile court fined owner of Rubi Clinic Tk 30,000 for running the clinic in unhygienic condition and not having environment certificate in Bagachhra area under Sharsha upazila of Jessore district yesterday, said court sources. Magistrate Abdus Salam led the court.
