Body recovered

Police recovered the body of an elderly man from Khatuabhanga village in Manirampur upazila of Jessore district on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Jakim Biswas, 60, a resident of the village. Locals said they spotted the body of Jakim hanging from a mongo tree in the around 6:30pm and informed the police.
