66 more stranded Bangladeshis return home from Thailand

The sixth batch of Bangladesh nationals stranded in Thailand, numbering 66, returned on Wednesday evening.

The special Biman Bangladesh flight (BG 4089) arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 7:00pm, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This initiative is in line with the Bangladesh government's commitment to extend all possible assistance and support for repatriation of stranded Bangladesh nationals abroad.

The foreign ministry arranged the special flight on self-payment basis to repatriate stranded Bangladesh nationals in Thailand.

Bangladesh Embassy in Bangkok facilitated the repatriation.
