4 killed as minibus collides with three-wheeler in Cox’s Bazar

Four people were killed after a minibus collided with a CNG-run auto-rickshaw on Cox's Bazar-Teknaf road this morning.

One of the deceased was identified as Salamat Ullah (65), a resident of Howaikang area, reports our Cox's Bazar correspondent.

Sub-inspector Md Noor-e-Alam, in-charge of Howaikang police outpost, said the minibus hit the three-wheeler on Shaheed ATM Zafar Alam Arakan Road around 9:30am, leaving three auto-rickshaw passengers dead and another injured.

Afterwards, the injured person was taken to Cox's Bazar Sadar Hospital where he was declared dead.
