2 to die for murder

A court yesterday sentenced a man and his son to death and three others to life term imprisonment in connection with a case for killing a youth in Sadar upazila.

The death sentence awardees are Mizanur Rahman of Poilanpur village, and his son Mohammad Tushar.

According to case statement, the convicts hacked Rayhan Chowdhuri Hira near Poilanpur Intersection centring a previous feud over borrowing money on May 5 in 2008.
