13 rocket launchers recovered in Habiganj forest

The members of Bangladesh Army and Rapid Action Battalion today recovered 13 rocket launchers and explosives from a remote forest in Chunarughat upazila of Habiganj.

Based on a secret information, members of army and Rab conducted a search in the Satchhari forest in the upazila and recovered the rocket launchers and explosives kept underneath of the soil, Lt Col Mahbubul Alam of Rab-7, told our Moulvibazar correspondent.

No one was arrested in this connection, the Rab official said adding that the rocket launchers might have been kept in the forest around months ago.
