Two, including 10-yr-old girl, die at isolation ward of KMCH

Two people, who were in an isolation ward at Khulna Medical College Hospital after having breathing difficulties, died today.

One of them was a 26-year-old man and another a 10-year-old girl, said Dr Sailendranath Biswas, the spokesman of the coronavirus affairs of the KMCH.

The man, hailing from Khulna city's Labonchara area, was admitted to the isolation ward of the hospital around 9:30am today as he was suffering from respiratory problems and he died an hour later, said Sailendranath. 

His sample was collected for coronavirus tests, he said.

Besides, the girl, hailing from Kazdia village in Rupsha upazila of Khulna, was admitted to KMCH last night with breathing problems, said the doctor.

The KMCH authorities collected her samples too, the spokesman said.
