Religious Affairs secretary, wife and son test Covid-19 positive

Religious Affairs Secretary Md Nurul Islam, his wife Feroza Begum and their son have tested positive for Covid-19.

Talking to The Daily Star today, Nurul said he and his wife got admitted at Police Lines Hospital in the city's Rajarbagh area last night, while their son is taking treatment at home.

"We were suffering from a fever in the last few days. After we tested coronavirus positive last night, we were admitted at hospital," said the religious affairs secretary.

"Now, we are feeling better and there is no major complication," he added.
