Commerce minister returns home after Covid-19 recovery

Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi has recovered from Covid-19 after 11 days of treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.

The minister was discharged today and has returned to his residence, said a statement of the commerce ministry.

He will take rest at his residence as per the doctors' advice, the statement added.

The minister was admitted to hospital after he tested positive for coronavirus on June 16.
