Youth's body found in capital

Police recovered the body of a youth from the capital's Gabtoli yesterday.

The deceased was Shahadat Hossain, 18, son of Hafizul Islam, a day labourer.

Miscreants stabbed Shahadat on his way home at Bagbari from his father's workplace at Balughat, said police.

Police added that they could not identify the motive of Shahadat's murder. He came to his parents in Dhaka from Naogaon a day before Eid.

The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Morgue for an autopsy.
