Train hits human hauler injuring two including cop

Two people, including a cop, were injured as a Dewanganj-bound local train hit a human hauler at Battola level crossing in Jamalpur Sadar yesterday morning.

They are Rafikul Islam, assistant sub-inspector of Sadar Police Station and Billal Hossain, driver of the vehicle. They were admitted to Jamalpur General Hospital, said police.

No gateman was posted at the level crossing.
