Thakurgaon Jamaat leader held

Shoriful Islam, Baliadangi upazila unit general secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami in Thakurgaon, was arrested on Thursday on charge of planning subversive activities.  

Police arrested Shoriful from Kalmegh Fazil Madrasa, where he is a teacher, confirmed Aminul Islam, officer-in-charge of Baliadangi Police Station.
