Taposh hopes to remove sacrificial animal waste within 24 hrs

Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Barrister Fazle Noor Taposh today hoped to remove the blood and waste of sacrificial animals in DSCC area within 24 hours.

The mayor came up with the expectation after attending the first congregation of Eid-ul-Azha at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the morning.

"We will celebrate Eid with festivity," he said.

The mayor said the DSCC will start removing the waste from 2:00pm as officials and staff are on duty during the Eid vacation.  

He also greeted the president, the prime minister, chief justice of Supreme Court and all people of the country on the occasion of the Eid-ul Azha, the second largest religious festival of Muslims.
