Shahiduzzaman made pro-bono senior adviser to IPS

News Network Editor and CEO Shahiduzzaman has been made pro-bono senior adviser to the Inter Press Service (IPS), a Rome-based communication and information system dedicated to development, said a press release yesterday.
Shahiduzzaman is also authorised by the director general of Inter Press Service (IPS), Farhana Haque Rahman, to negotiate potential partnerships on her behalf with international, regional and national organisations.
IPS news agency counts on a network of 350 journalists reporting from 140 countries and covers all aspects of political, social economic and cultural development. It is the only global news agency with sustainable development, globalisation and the South as its primary concerns.
