Separate physiotherapy college demanded

Physiotherapists at a seminar yesterday demanded a separate physiotherapy college, an autonomous council and creation of position.

The seminar titled "Pain Management" was organised by Bangladesh Physiotherapy Association in the capital where former secretary Abdul Muyeed Chowdhury was the chief guest.

Chaired by Dr Altaf Hossain, the programme was attended among others by the daily Samakal editor Golam Sarwar, Prof Mahbub Hossain Mehedi of Mitford Hospital, and Prof Dr Iqbal Hasan Mahmood of World association of Integrated Medicine.
