SCC to begin drive to pull down illegal billboards

Sylhet City Corporation (SCC) will start a drive to pull down illegal hoardings in Sylhet city on Sunday night.

After a meeting with the officials of the SCC revenue department, SCC Chief Executive Enamul Habib said this to The Daily Star. SCC Chief Engineer Nur Azizur Rahman said there are only 1,000 billboards in the city which were approved by SCC.
