Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader yesterday urged the new Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) mayor to first remove the billboards, which were installed in the port city congratulating him, before pulling down other illegal hoardings.
At a meeting with the representatives of CNG-runauto-rickshaw drivers and owners at Chittagong Circuit House, Quader told the owners to apply for registration which will be given in phases.
