Rail link halted on Shantahar-Lalmonirhat route for five hours

Rail communications on Shantahar-Lalmonirhat route were halted for five hours as the last compartment of the inter-city Lalmonirhat Express slightly derailed near Nashratput Railway Station in Bogra's Adamdighi upazila yesterday morning.
The communications resumed at 12 noon after the rail department removed the compartment from the rail tracks. No casualty was reported, said Government Railway Police.
