Physically challenged girl 'raped' in Dhamrai, 1 held

A physically challenged girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour at Laruakundu Charpara in Dhamrai, outside the capital, on Saturday.

Police arrested the man Hader Ali, 45, of the area following a case filed over the incident.

On Saturday, when the 22-year-old girl went to a maize field for feeding her sheep Hader forced her in the middle of the corn field and raped her.

The victim's both legs are paralysed, said police.
