New Jalalabad wells to add 130mmcfd gas per day to national grid

About 130 million cubic feet per day (mmcfd) would be added to the national grid as three new gas wells were inaugurated in the Jalalabad Gas Field in Sylhet yesterday, said an official handout. The wells, dug by Chevron Bangladesh Ltd, have been identified as JB-6, JB-7 and JB-9, it added.
