Man's body recovered from Karnaphuli river

Police recovered the body of an unidentified man, aged around 48, from the Karnaphuli River near Avoy Mitra Ghat in Chittagong city on Friday.

On information, police rushed there and recovered the body around 2:30pm, said police.

The body bore no sign of injury and it was sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital for an autopsy, police added.
