Man's body found in Gazipur forest

Police yesterday recovered the body of man from a forest in Gajiaron village under Sreepur under of Gazipur, three days after he went missing.

Abdul Hai, 55, of Palaid village of the upazila was a cattle trader.

Victim's wife said Abdul went missing after he went outside home with Tk 1.2 lakh for paying a creditor on Thursday morning.

A bottle of poison was recovered near the body, said police.

The body was sent to Shaheed Taj Uddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
