Man shot in capital

A man was shot by miscreants in the capital's Dakkhin Khan on Monday night.

Shafiqul Islam, 39, a broker of a Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) agent at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, was shot in the waist and lower abdomen near his house on Medical Road, police said.

He was shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Police said the attack might have been carried out following a workplace feud.
