JSD-Rob council held

Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal-JSD President ASM Abdur Rob and General Secretary Abdul Malek Ratan were re-elected to their posts in the party's 13th national council yesterday.

The council was held in Kazi Bashir Uddin Auditorium in the capital, where Rob called for dividing the country into nine states for decentralisation of power and creating an upper house in parliament.
