Journo files GD over death threat

A journalist yesterday filed a general diary with Shahbagh Police Station in the capital mentioning that he received death threat over the phone.

Anjan Roy, who is an anchor of a private television channel GTV, mentioned in the GD that someone introducing as a member of "Ansarullah Bangla Team" called him around 9:01pm and gave the threat.

Officer-in-Charge Abu Bakkar Siddique said they were investigating the matter.
