Jessore road crash kills two women

Two women were killed when a truck hit them before it fell into a roadside ditch as the driver lost his control over the vehicle on Jessore-Jhikorgacha road in Bakra Bazar area of Jhikargacha upazila in Jessore yesterday morning.

The deceased -- Sakina Khatun, 50, and Kohinur Bagume, 55, of Bollah village in the upazila -- were walking beside the road.
