Four sued over attack on witness against Subhan

The son of a witness, who testified against convicted war criminal Abdus Subhan and was hacked on Sunday night, yesterday filed a case accusing four people, including Awami Krishak League's Ishwardi upazila unit secretary, while police have arrested a man in Pabna's Shahpur village.

In the case statement at Ishwardi Police Station, Sajib Rahman said Sadek Ali Bishwas led the attack on Abdur Rahman Sarder in the latter's Shahpur residence around 8:00pm over a feud centring their residence's boundary wall. The arrestee was identified as Abdur Rahim allies Sentu.
