Diplomatic sources said the minister would hold a meeting with his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj on the sidelines of Raisina Dialogue.

The Indian Ministry of External Affairs and Observer Research Foundation will jointly host the dialogue with the theme "Asia: Regional and Global Connectivity," in which around 450 persons from 40 countries will participate.
