Five arrested in connection with Savar house robbery

Police arrested five alleged robbers in Ashulia on Sunday night and early yesterday in connection with a house robbery and killing of a woman at Niribili on February 2.
Officer-in-Charge of Ashulia Police Station Mohsinul Kader said the arrestees -- Roni Miah, Rana, Sazib, Rifat and Zahirul Islam -- confessed their involvement with the robbery. At least, 15 robbers participated in the robbery and house member Tahmina Begum was killed during the incident, he added.
