Death anniversary

Today is the seventh death anniversary of Col Qudrat Elahi, who was killed in the BDR mutiny in the capital's Peelkhana on February 25, 2009. During the UN peace keeping mission in Sudan, the UN secretary general personally decorated him with the "Medal of Gallantry", says a release.
