Ctg Railway demolishes illegal structures

The authority of Bangladesh Railway (east zone) demolished around 75 illegal tin-roofed structures, including houses and shops, in railway station area in Chittagong city yesterday.

Led by an executive magistrate of Chittagong district administration the drive was continued from 10:00am to 5:30pm, Railway officials said.

Members of Chittagong Metropolitan Police, Railway Police and Railway Nirapatta Bahini assisted the drive.
