CMP sets up CCTV camera at shrine

Chittagong Metropolitan Police yesterday set up a CCTV camera at Shah Amanat Mazar, as a part of bringing all the places of worship in Chittagong city under security scanner.

CMP Commissioner Abdul Jalil Mondol said all the churches in the city had already been brought under such cameras.

"We are encouraging people to set up CCTV cameras at shrines, mosques and temples to strengthen security at religious establishments," he said.
