4 errant pharmacies fined in Ctg

A mobile court fined four pharmacies Tk 20,000 each and sealed off one of them for selling unauthorised and government medicines in Chittagong city yesterday.

The pharmacies are: Fatema pharmacy, Sathi Medical Hall and Janata pharmacy at Chittagong Medical College Hospital area and Mondira Pharmacy in Nasirabad. Mondira Pharmacy was sealed off. Different kinds of unauthorised and government medicines, worth Tk 1.50 lakh, were also seized, court sources said.
