4 arrested in Rangpur

Four-year-old Rahimul Islam, Rawnak, whose body was recovered on Friday, was kidnapped on December 1 over family feud involving financial matters, said Rangpur police. 

Abdul Quadir Jilani, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station, said four people had been arrested in this connection.

Meanwhile, Josna Begum, mother of 11-year-old Shakil Miah, who had been kidnapped from Dhamrai, filed a murder case with Mirzapur Police Station yesterday, accusing unnamed people, police said.
