Scholastica holds A Level graduation ceremony

Graduates honoured for academic excellence

Scholastica has concluded its two-day A Level Graduation Ceremony, with 268 students from Uttara and Mirpur receiving certificates.

The final session was held yesterday at the school's STM Auditorium, according to a press release.

At the Uttara campus, microbiologist Dr Senjuti Saha, deputy executive director of the Child Health Research Foundation, attended as chief guest, while Professor Daniel W. Lund, pro-vice chancellor of Independent University, Bangladesh, attended the Mirpur ceremony.

Among the 141 graduates from the Uttara campus, three received “honours,” 18 achieved “high honours,” and 13 were recognised for outstanding achievements in various subjects. Student representatives Syed Samirul Islam Khan and Nusaiba Binte Haque delivered speeches on behalf of the graduating class.

Students were recognised for academic excellence, while speakers encouraged graduates to pursue knowledge with curiosity, integrity, and compassion.

The ceremonies also featured speeches by student representatives and cultural performances.
