Goldberg introduces 14 YourCARE centres

Goldberg Mobile started its customer service operation introducing 14 YourCARE Centres (YCC), customer service points across the country. Goldberg Mobile users will get instant service at these centres. Customers will get free service without any cost even after the warranty period. They only have to pay for parts if applicable. Besides, Goldberg customers will get the same service from some 45 authorized collection points. The company is ready to ensure remote customer service through call centre which is open from 10am till 8pm, seven days a week, except for government holidays.
