B-SCAN 16th AGM held

The Bangladesh Society for the Change and Advocacy Nexus (B-SCAN) held its 16th Annual General Meeting at the Siraj Convention Center, Aftabnagar, Dhaka on November 1.

During the meeting, the organisation presented its ongoing activities and financial report, along with the proposed work plan and budget for the upcoming year for approval.

Special emphasis was placed on expanding future activities, enhancing the skills and employment opportunities of persons with disabilities, and strengthening B-SCAN's role in promoting and protecting their rights.

Earlier in the morning, with the support of Sightsavers under the "Equal Bangladesh Campaign", a Safeguarding Training was organised for members, volunteers, and staff.
