B2B commerce platform ShopUp, in collaboration with Sarona and ADI Australia, facilitated Project Arohi, a leadership development programme focused on strengthening the capabilities of ShopUp employees.

Through the eight-session programme, employees enhanced their communication, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, adaptive leadership and workplace resilience, while developing a stronger understanding of gender equality, diversity and social inclusion (GEDSI).

Queentries Regar, technical assistance manager at Sarona Asset Management, conducted the session along with other mentors.

Delivered in partnership with the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre (BYLC), the programme reflects ShopUp’s continued commitment to building leadership capabilities and investing in the development of its people.

Commenting on the programme, Ataur Rahim Chowdhury, chief executive officer of ShopUp Bangladesh, said, “Developing strong leaders is a long-term investment in ShopUp’s future. Project Arohi has provided our employees with the skills and perspectives to lead more effectively and contribute to building the market leaders of tomorrow.”
