Ramadan trading hour 10am to 2pm at Dhaka, Ctg bourses
The stock market exchanges rescheduled its trading time for the holy month of Ramadan.
Share trading at Dhaka and Chattogram bourses will continue from 10 am to 2 pm instead of the regular time of 10 am to 2.30 pm, according to a press release of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
However, the DSE office will remain open from 9 am to 3.30 pm during the month of fasting for Muslims, instead of its regular time of 9.30am to 5.30 pm, the DSE said.
The premier bourse will go back to its normal trading and office hour after the Eid-ul-Fitr vacation.
The Chittagong Stock Exchange will follow suit of the Dhaka bourse in case of trading and office hour.
