Akij Insaf Diagnostic and Consultation Center opens in Dhanmondi

Akij Insaf Diagnostic and Consultation Center has started its journey with the motto “Care & Happy Experiences at Every Step”, offering advanced healthcare, modern diagnostic facilities and patient-focused services.

The centre was inaugurated on Sunday at Satmasjid Road in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, according to a press release.

Specialist doctors and healthcare professionals from across the country attended the opening ceremony, along with SK Jamil Uddin, managing director of Akij Insaf, and Rezwana Afrose Shorony, director of Akij Insaf.

The centre aims to make healthcare easier, more comfortable and more reliable through expert consultations and patient-centred care. It also seeks to contribute to a healthier community.

Its diagnostic services include MRI, CT scans, X-rays, mammography, ultrasonography, ETT, echocardiograms and comprehensive pathology services. Specialist physicians from various medical departments will also provide consultations.

As part of its opening initiative, the centre is offering discounts of up to 50 percent on most pathology, radiology and imaging tests throughout the month.

Patients can book various tests online and watch preparation videos when booking an MRI, CT scan, X-ray, mammogram, ultrasound, ETT or echocardiogram. The videos explain how patients should prepare for the tests.

Similar preparation videos are also shown regularly on monitors on every floor to help patients and their companions understand the necessary steps beforehand.
