UCB launches logo of its agro CSR project

United Commercial Bank (UCB) launched a logo of its "Agro CSR Project 2023" titled "Voroshar Notun Janala."

Arif Quadri, managing director and CEO of the bank, unveiled the logo of the project at the bank's head office in Dhaka yesterday, said a press release.

At the same programme, UCB signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rural Development Academy (RDA), the project's research partner.

Arif Quadri, managing director of UCB, and Abdul Majeed Pramanik, joint director of the RDA, inked the MoU.

Among others, Syed Faridul Islam, Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, Abul Alam Ferdous, additional managing directors of the bank, N Mustafa Tarek, Md Abdullah Al Mamoon, Alamgir Kabir and ATM Tahmiduzzaman, deputy managing directors, Rezaul Karim Siddiqui, coordinator of the project, and Anwar Farooq, former agriculture secretary, were present.
