Banking hour extended to 2:30pm from July 8, bank holiday July 11

The Bangladesh Bank has extended the banking hour to 2:30 pm from July 8 hours during the lockdown.

In a notification, the central bank today asked the lenders to keep their doors open for customers from 10:00 am to 2.30 pm until July 14.

However, the banking activities will continue between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm till tomorrow.

The Bangladesh Bank also said the bank branches will remain open till 4:00 pm to complete their regular activities.

Besides, the lenders will enjoy holiday on July 11.
