Bangladeshi applicants face delay as Malaysia suspends online visa system for maintenance
The Malaysian government’s online visa application platform has been temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, causing delays for Bangladeshi visa applicants.
“Please be informed that the MyVISA website will be temporarily unavailable with effect from today, 10 February 2026 until further notice due to ongoing system maintenance and stabilisation works. During this time, the website will be temporarily unavailable,” the Malaysian High Commission in Bangladesh said in a statement today.
The high commission said all visa application and approval processes will resume once the maintenance is completed.
“It will make an official announcement accordingly,” the mission said, urging visa seekers to remain patient during the interruption.
For urgent assistance, applicants have been advised to contact the service provider through email at VLN-helpdesk@tridimas.com.my.
The MyVISA portal is the primary online gateway for Malaysian visa submissions from Bangladesh, and the temporary suspension is expected to affect travel plans until the system is restored.
