Brazenly displayed spelling mistake

Every day as I pass through the airport railway station, I feel utter disgust when I look at the signboard which reads: 'Dhaka Binan Bandar', instead of 'Dhaka Biman Bandar'.
Years have passed since the signboard's erection. Isn't it a matter of surprise and at the same time sorrow that the management of the station has been so indifferent in correcting the spelling?
