Beware of foreign dogs!

I'm a regular morning-walker around Dhanmondi lake. The other day while I was walking past a house, I saw two big size  notices on its main gate: “Bideshi kukur hoite sabdhan. Bina onumotite probesh nishedh” (Beware of foreign dogs. No entry without permission). Names of the persons who gave this warning were boldly displayed right above the notice. They were retired government high-ups and their successors.
I was shocked to see that native Bangalees being cautioned about foreign dogs. What a shame!
